Combine all ingredients into a shaker pint. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) until frothy. Open shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously again for about 15-30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. You can also strain this into a chilled coupe or martini glass. This cocktail is so pretty you honestly don't need a garnish, but if you want one I would suggest a lemon twist or expressed lemon peel.
*If you don't like the idea of consuming raw eggs, egg white powder works just as well in this cocktail. You'll just need to shake it a little longer to break up the powder.
