Maple Thyme Sour

It's finally Spring thyme! See what I did there? 
We keep hearing that Maple is a fall flavor, but this cocktail throws that opinion right into the trash. And who doesn't love a classically made whiskey sour? Only the crazies, that's who. So without further ado, here's how you make the Maple Thyme Sour...

Ingredients:

• 3oz Boundary Street Maple
• 1/4oz simple syrup
• 3-4 long sprigs of thyme
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes orange bitters
• 1oz lemon juice (about 1 lemon's juice)

Directions:
Muddle thyme, simple syrup and bitters in a shaker glass. Add egg white, lemon juice and Boundary Street Maple. Dry shake it (without ice). Like Outkast Polaroid picture kind of shake. Once it's nice and frothy, add a few cubes of ice and shake again until cold (about 5-10 seconds). Strain over fresh ice into two rocks glasses. Garnish with a thyme sprig and enjoy!
